CMMiQ™

AED subscribes to numerous best practices while pushing the envelope on performance alignment--capability and maturity is often the common thread.  Organizations evolve and often fluctuate across a maturity continuum.

CMMiQ™ provides a meaningful scorecard on organization performance across people, processes, and tools. It enables organizations to evolve their capability and maturity levels by setting standards and gauging progress across teams, functional areas, and departments. This module effectively tracks organization performance enablers of people, process, and tools against established benchmarks.

This module is part of the DynamicsIQ analytical suite as it is closely integrated with PMOiQ module for Program Management Office (PMO) operations. CMMi® can be deployed across a myriad of organization processes including SDLC and PLM cycles (figure 1):

Capability and Maturity Model Integration (CMMi®)
Perhaps CMMi is the most viable tool when considering the variables such as being easy to understand, applicability to various business environments, and the pragmatic approach for standardizing business practices across disparate business functions. Goto CMMi conference

*ABOUT CMMi®:

The tool is developed and maintained by Carnegie Melon University Software Engineering Institute (SEI); it has gained substantial traction in recent years. CMM builds on the premises of business capability and maturity of five levels with the highest being level 5, where an organization enjoys the highest level of operational excellence. AED subscribes to CMMi doctrines and other leading practices while pushing the envelope on performance excellence and by applying dynamics intelligence modalities such as cause and effect and domino effects as explained in the AED business framework
